Only one possible answer.

Taking the only logical two species of these animals to fight (the great white shark and polar bear, who would obviously be fighting over a seal), I'd go with the bear, but it would be really, really, REALLY close. It would be close like Superman vs. Batman, but the same single factor would end up tipping the scales: intelligence.

Batman would beat Superman because he'd use his brain and fight dirty, whereas Superman has one mode: honorable.

The great white is a killing machine, but that's all it is. A polar bear understands things like weight-distribution and levers, and would clearly use that to lay open the shark like a can of sardines.

Regret is a waste of energy.

It's not unavoidable (unless you're a sociopath), but it shouldn't take more than a few seconds to process it. Own your decisions. Change them if you need to. Then move on.

I'd be wearing jodhpurs. Jodhpurs and riding boots, and a badass leather jacket. With a jetpack. It's not about super powers, it's about super willpower. And gear. Batman, not Superman. Any bozo from another planet can fly around and turn back time blah blah blah. It takes a dedicated psychopath to put his vulnerable neck on the line night after night to stop evil in its tracks.

Also, Batman would totally win that fight because he fights dirty and the Big S won't.
