Raising funds for research to prevent cancer is important. So is raising money to help those with cancer survive. Can we make their lives a little happier by providing something extra or unexpected? Can we allow them to retain some pride of earning some money too?

Welcome to Rainbow Heart.- an eclectic mix of one-of-a-kind items for home and self.

Some shelves would be set aside for items crafted by those faced with health bills not covered by insurance. They often don't have the strength to make many multiples and/or staff a booth at an art fair or craft show.Yet they can make beautiful items in between treatments and while recovering.

My contribution - quilted collages appealing to people who combine technology with the greater good of community. Some would be practical items - laptop carriers, purses and bags.

I'd ask other store owners to look at trade shows for these unique items that might not fit into their store but are too good to pass up.
