- Overheard at My Own Funeral
-
As a fly it's hard to actually see who is talking because my bazillion eyes are giving me a headache and I have no clue what the English language is. Plus, I could care less because for some reason all I can think of is poop. Doesn't matter what kind of poop. Just poop.
BUT, if I were a fly on the wall at my own funeral I guess I would hear things like this:
"How in the great name of Rome did they find a casket big enough for his large muscles?"
"He was a man of great wealth and knowledge but I cannot decide which was his greatest accomplishment....ending world hunger or ending world war....hard one."
Adriana Lima: "My husband was a great man Mr. President. I loved him so."
"Where's the booze? Oh, right over there."
"Did he really think he could use his iPhone and laptop while in there?"
"What a handsome son of a bitch."
"He'll be back....trust me."

I would HAVE to say the bear. I mean come on! They have 5 weapons for defense and ultimate death of their opponent. 2 hands with razor slicing …

- Name a book that changed your mind or opened your eyes:
-
I would have to say it opened my eyes to a lot of different thoughts, ideas and beliefs. To many people live in a world consumed with themselves and they let their inner voice (ego) pretty much run their lives. "I hate that person and I'm going to tell them what I think." "I will work on that project later." etc. I could go on and on.
If we can learn to tame that beast within, amazing things can happen in that life. Stress is reduced, happiness increased, thoughts clearer, etc. This book explains all this and repeats it like a school teacher would make you practice your handwriting skills over and over.
I'm currently about to read it again to regain some ideas that I have lost in time.
This book is hands down the one book that has changed my life the most I would have to say; and it's continuing to do so everyday.
If you haven't read it I would FOR SURE advise in doing so. I read it because of "rumors" of how "bad" it was and against other religions. It couldn't be as far from the truth as that. Plus if you believe EVERYTHING in a book that is "self-help" style or information of any kind, you really need to change that style of reading. No one person is 100% right at anything. But take what you can from a book like this one, and run with it. For me it was invaluable.
If you have an answer to the same question as this blog post, please put your fav. book that has changed your mind or opened your eyes.

- What’s your favorite room in your home?
-
I would have to say the shower. What is better than to sit under warm water and feel so protected and warm. NOTHING. You can collect your thoughts under some hot steam and get really clean in the process. It might not be a "roon" per say but it's wonderful and delicious. :)

- When I started using the Internet
-
Well...I started using the internet when AOL started. I'm guessing back in 1992. I remember it was an hourly thing and my parents HATED it when I got on it but I couldn't help myself.
I began after awhile going to chat rooms that were just beginning to surface....and then I began to find ways to piss people off; downloading hacker programs and kicking people off chat rooms by the dozens. Then a lot of other stuff I'm afraid to put on here just incase I have a warrent out. :)
It was fun. I'm glad I had the early education of the net in my hands so I am what I am today. Now I'm a total geek. I love all things internet and building computers like I did legos.
