Think of what you're dying to save your money for
Which weighs more? That scrumptious triple chocolate fudge ice cream in front of you, or the brand new spankin' ipod you'll know you'll enjoy and will last longer than the food going down to your stomach?

There's a difference between wanting something than wanting to spend your money
But sometimes it's hard to tell the difference. So think twice.

Don't spend your coins
and put them in your piggy bank instead. You'll be surprised how much you've saved by the end of the year.

Having fun isn't limited to spending your money on bars and beers
What is fun if you wake up with a hangover and a heartbreaking debt? There are other ways to color your life

Scatter your money [in your house]
I try this a lot of times. Putting a bill in a bag, drawer, or under the bed and [forgetting it is recommended haha] then finding it 3 months later when you're broke and you need it most.

Calculate your expenses before you go on your adventure
It may seem nerdy but it's better than finding your wallet empty of gas cash or commute allowance. Because walking home is SO not an option.
