The Weirdest Food I've Ever Eaten

I've eaten several bits of tiny black ants. Anyways, it's not really food.

It tasted like nothing. I ate it accidentally. I ate my cereal and I didn't realise the black dots were the heads, bodies and limbs of the ants which were in my cereal bag. I was horrified when I took a closer look at the black dots in the white milk. I was like, "Oh my". My religious teacher told me that ants have a certain liquid in them that makes our brains lose a little bit of memory power. So, I would never ever eat them again or i would check my food for ants before I eat everytime. It was disgusting.

TALK OR TEXT : my choice.

Talking is better than texting! Talking is so much easier as you just have to open your mouth and well, TALK! :D For texting, we have to take out our phones, go to 'messages', 'create message' and type words with our hands. It will be super slow as our hands are slower than our mouth. Though "actions speak louder than words", "actions speak slower than words" ! :)

Texting is also very tiring if you have to give instructions to many people or announce something to a lot of people. When I text, (I type using "T9"), I tend to type in proper English. It's a habit :P But when my mouth opens, my English becomes a little broken as it is easier to talk like that and it isn't tiring at all.

TALKING IS GOOD too as it helps to exercise our mouths and helps us get used to talking a lot (helps us in oral conversation). Can you imagine everyone keeping their mouths shut and just texting quietly to one another even if they are close by? It'll be SO BORING and DEAD.

So, yeah, talking is awesome though sometimes, in class, I don't talk that much because I like to listen more.

SLANGS are unique.

Singapore slangs are unique as almost all races in Singapore would naturally use them when they talk to other Singaporeans.

:)

"Lah" and "Hor". "Lah" and "Hor" are slangs made from Singapore. It is unusually typical and natural for most Singaporeans to add a "Lah" or "Hor" after or in the middle of a sentence. I believe many Singaporeans were influenced by the Chinese people to use these slangs as it sounds like ending words after sentences in Chinese. Even non-Chinese are using them and many other slangs like "Leh". for instance, "Don't like that leh." When slangs are used, the sentence which contains them are grammatically incorrect too.
