    • Who is your favorite person?

      • My favorite person is my five year old daughter. I know that sounds cheestmy but it's true. When Hurricane Sandy hit our neighborhoid, and the lights went out she never once panicked even when things got tense in the house between all the adults. She witnessed the water rise up tto our porch stairs and she was fascinated ibstead of scared. When her uncle had a seizure she witnessed tgat too and never cried or screamed. She offered to be his nurse. She is resilient beyond words and that's what I love most about her

        The word I randomly picked was 'insomnia' . The eleventh image was a cartoonlisting ways to overcome insomnia. At the bottom of the list was a note saying 'If your insomnia is so extreme that you.need to use any if these tips, it isn't working'.

    • Where I Hope to Be in 3 Years

        In three years I hope to be in college studying broadcast journalism while working as an intern at a major TV station. I'll have my own apartment in Queens and I'll be on the PTA at my daughter's school. My blog will be successful and I'll have money saved up to take my daughter to Disneyland.

    • An Ambitious Project

      • I have yet to take it on but the most ambitious project that I'd like to take on is redecorating my room and the spare bedroom in my house. It's ambitious to me because I know nothing about decorating anything. I share a bedroom with my four year old and I want to make my room look like both a 4 year old and a 23 year old co exist in it. Sure I could move her into the spare but she'd never sleep there. So I'm thinking a playroom instead. For the bedroom, I'm thinking purpke and yellow as the color scheme. I like geek chic/preppy so maybe i could use that. for the spare bedroom, i ant it to be gender neutral so when my daughter has playdates, the boys will be just as comfortable as the girls. We'll see how it works out
