      • Some of the songs on my summer soundtrack. Fairly new songs but still makes you think of summer even if it's raining from where I am right now.


        Strawberry Swing by Coldplay

        a very upbeat track. it reminds me of summer mornings when you wake up and see the sunshine pouring in to your bedroom and filling your room with warthm. the song gives you the feeling that everything is fine and nothing wrong's gonna happen. it feels like summer love.

        First of Summer by Urbandub

        the title speaks for summer and the lyrics of the song goes:

        Drive me away
        'Cause the night just feels right
        Take me away with you tonight
        Anywhere with you

        it's like being spontaneous and carefree, loving whatever life would bring. the first night of summer when you're out with your loved one and you're walking, holding hands, enjoying the cool breeze.

        Moth's Wings by Passion Pit

        the song gives you this sort of hope for the coming summer.

        the guy retired the song. he said he wouldn't be playing it on his concerts anymore. moron. haha! but still. can't get over it. WOOT!
