      • In response to: "Who are you?" I chose the most difficult and most broad biographical question that was offered in an effort to figure it out. I've found that I am blank. Let's figure it out together, yes?

    • 5 Things I'm Looking Forward to This Week
      • Stuffing my face to no end!
The one day I can be a complete slob and know that the rest of the country is doing it right along with me :)
(Although with the rising obesity in America, I'm not sure this only happens on Thanksgiving anymore :p).

        No school...The whole week.
Okay so usually, LAUSD only gives their schools 2 days off for Thanksgiving. However, due to the budget cuts, we get a whole week off this year. Basically, they can't afford to pay the teachers, so we all get the week off!

Ahh, nothing like Thanksgiving in the ghetto :D

        My sister's kindly visits
She's the one person in the world that can make me laugh like there's no tomorrow. And when she's around, our tiny family is overcome with the biggest urge to reminisce. So all of Thanksgiving dinner is filled with stories of our misadventures and misfortunes.

My Boyfriend..dunno how else to word that one.
This is the first year I'll have a boyfriend on Thanksgiving, and I can honestly say nothing has made me quite so happy as him. It's one thing to have your family love you (and I appreciate that, I really do), but it's a different feeling entirely to have someone else (who isn't legally required to) love you. I adore him, and he adores me, and that's the best feeling ever to be grateful for.
(Oh, and we're going to see HP and the Deathly Hallows this wek :D)

By the end of this week, I will have finished my UC applications
Yes, by Friday of this week, I will be done with that part of my life. It'll be nice to have that crap over with.

And then of course there will be Private School Applications, FAFSA, Scholarships, and EOP, but I digress.

    • Optimist or Pessimist?
      • I'm realistic. That is usually synonymous with pessimistic.

What can I say? Murphy's Law makes a lot of sense.
