      • In response to: "What is the one thing you consistently spill on yourself?" Chocolate. It's seriously disturbing. Even if I haven't had any chocolate, there is somehow, magically still chocolate on my clothes somewhere. I'm a magnet for the stuff.

    • My journey
      • Thanks to deluded aspirations and misguided good intentions, I find myself routinely avoiding research. Honestly, why did I think doing Honors was a good idea? Why did I continue to maintain romantic ideals regarding tertiary eduction after three years of lacklustre undergraduate comings and goings? I am clearly an idiot. Next year, a masters degree. Someone save me from myself.

    • Keeping in touch from Sydney to London
      • I'm no stranger to distance, my family live in South Africa. But distance wise, this is the furthest. We actually met in a series of improbably circumstances online, and while it's not a romantic relationship, I'd say it is one of the most important relationships I've ever had. We keep in touch in every medium available to us - msn, email, facebook, twitter, a mariad of other sites, as well as the occasional text message. If we go two days without speaking it feels like a life time. We visit each other whenever possible, even if it means going halfway around the world.

    • Stuck in an elevator with David Tennant
      • David Tennant
He seems like a sweet and amusing guy, and if I'm stuck in a lift, I am going to need someone to distract me. His accent alone would probably do the job. Besides, opportunities for Whoniverse jokes and quoting Shakespeare are endless.

        Neil Gaiman
He'd definitely help pass the time, plus I could take advantage of the situation to whine about my uni degree and the literary types I have to put up with. I'm sure he'd understand. Also, he'd Twitter about it which would be highly amusing.

I think two people would be the most I'd be able to handle (and might even be pushing it) before I lose my mind and start clawing out my eyes or something similarly pleasant. It's something I really hope will never happen to me.
