Ugandan children ages ten and younger are forced into rebel armies by one man and america not only has the man power to stop it but they have the resources and they do not move. when is our government going to learn from their mistakes were we not nuetral through the genocide in darfur? were we not nuetral during hitlers reign? why not break our mistakes now and free the children of uganda from captivity.
