My wallet
Because it's got my cash, my cards, and my IDs in it.

Pencils and pens
So I can write stuff. I've got 3 mechanical pencils, one black pen, one blue pen, one silver pen, and a highlighter.

A baseball
Because you never know when someone's going to need a few tips on their two-seamer. And because it's something to toss around during math class.

Makeup
Because I haven't bothered to take it out. I've got eyeliner, lipstick, lipgloss, powder, and eyeshadow. And a mirror. And I hardly ever use any of it.

Animal figurines
I've got a miniature stuffed crab and a little iron horse. The horse is from China; the crab is from kindergarten. The crab is squishy and the horse is cold, so they're both fascinatingly textural.

iPod and headphones
Because I love it. I've had it since 2002 and it still works like a charm. The headphones are relatively new, though.

My phone
Actually, it's usually in my pocket, but it's in my purse right now. It's a Virgin Mobile flip phone with a screen in the front as well as inside the phone - I don't really call people, I just text.

Lots and lots of gum
Orbit Bubblemint gum. Two of those big packs - what are they, 35 pieces each? I'll need to buy more soon.

Movie ticket vouchers
So I can go see movies. Shocking, eh?

I haven't actually bought it, but I always see ads for the Ped Egg and I just narrowly convinced myself not to buy it when I saw it hanging on a wall in Target.
