Okay. My most noticeable is just below my bottom lip. It's a tiny one from a small surgery. The funniest is a crescent shape on my left foot, at the end of my big toe. I was at a friend's house for a sleepover and we were playing around with Anna's older brother and his friends. Unfortunately, their sliding glass door came off its hinges. As it was her dad's birthday, we didn't want to disturb him. Her brother Jack and I picked up the sides and tried to put it back, but the stupid idiot dropped his half and so my half went straight down on my foot. To add insult to injury, he suggested I stick the foot in the dirt off their patio to hide the blood. Good lord. I ended up going into shock and then getting three stitches. It's kind of pretty now.

I love the sound of a typewriter whirring. Actually, I bought a secondhand one and have been using it when I absolutely cannot allow myself to procrastinate. It's so much easier to churn things out when I don't have internet (Plinky, cough, cough) distracting me.
Also, I just think they're cool.

Yeah, I had the idea from the cover of the DVD that it might not swing. But, I thought to myself, what the hell, it's Ryan Phillipe. And Reese Witherspoon! Reese would never do anything to hurt me.
How wrong I was.
Right when Sarah Michelle Gellar started teasing Ryan about how much he wanted to have sex with her. That was when I was tipped off.

Drowning would be the worst. I hate not being able to breathe (after a really intense run, for example), and this would be that feeling times a thousand. God, even thinking about it is freaking me out. But, like Demetri Martin says, "Drowning would be horrible, but a little less horrible if right before you were really thirsty." So don't forget your salty food-stuffs on that ramshackle boat.

Okay, this song is a cover in itself (Dolly Parton original), and that scene in 'The Bodyguard' was so over done by the time it came out, it was retro already.

No introduction needed. The hours my friends and I spent mocking this song will live in our hearts forever. And by mocking, I mean listening to obsessively and committing to memory. I don't think I even need the karaoke screen in front of me.

I don't know if y'all have heard their song Hell Yeah (YouTube it), but I consider it the perfect head bangin', shot takin', football watchin' anthem. It is included in Madden '09.
Also, they are from Massachusetts. Very American.
And who could turn down a band who has a member named Rikki Lixx? (Thank you, Wikipedia.)

I took a 7 city trip in Spain and Barcelona was our last spot. More than anywhere else, that's where I felt at home. It was beautiful and ancient and modern at the same time. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Our waiters did everything they could to see we had a good time. We even went out clubbing with some of them! I can't wait to go back, even if just for a weekend.

Probably I'd buy a laptop or netbook. Or maybe I'd be like the person who wishes for three more wishes. I'd use it to start my own bank (no worse than any other at this point) with a ridiculously high interest rate. The catch is, I would lend amounts like $1 and $5, capping at $50. For people who are short on cash. In no time, I would have doubled my money. Cah-ching!

You can tell I've thought about this a lot.

My superhero name would be Aurora. I would have the powers of light and heat/fire, so I could shoot bursts of light from my hair and eyes and would be able to glow. The heat part would mostly be heat, not fire or lasers. My powers would have to be either heat or light constantly, so I would have to be constantly balancing between them, even if I was not fighting evil. No cape, but I would have a baby blue/marigold costume.
