    • The only scary movie I ever watched to The End
      • Nicolas Cage

I don't watch scary movies. They scare me. If I realize in time that a movie turns scary, I leave.
But once I watched one even though I was fully aware that it was scary. I just could NOT leave. It's probably not your run-of-the mill scary movie. But it is the only scary one that I ever watched to the end. Title:
8mm (8 Milimeters, MMC played by Nicolas Cage).

    • My Own Restaurant (it's not gonna happen)
      • Vegetables in the market at Campo d'Fiori, Rome

It would be called "Todays Special", maybe.
The days when I was dreaming about my own restaurant are long gone. If, for some reason, I would do a restaurant, people wouldn't get a menue because there would only be served whatever I feel like cooking that day. They could count on tasty whole foods, novel composition, inspired vegetarian meals. Everything would always taste really good. People would have to come and eat while it's there, cause there would be no garantee that I could ever create the same dish twice. Bon apetit.

    • I wish more people would help changing the world to make it "last"
      • Earth

I do what is reasonable within the way I live to add my share in making the world a safer, cleaner, "greener" place to be.
We don't have the (realistic) option to leave here once we used up all resources, covered all surfaces and crevices with trash, put so much toxins in the water and the air that we can't use either.
Our individual actions have consequences. Not just for us as individuals, but for every human, for fauna and flora, and not just for tomorrow, and the next year, and the next decade, but for a much, much longer time.
It angers me when people act as if they owned the planet and they could mess it up as they please.
We can not wait on others to undestand the issue and adjust their behavior. Each one of us has to start making the necessary changes.

    • What Makes Me Nervous
      • The sudden change in atmosphere, when people are at the verge of aggression. In a crowd, in a store, in a bar, for example. I feel their conversation's shifting tone, the air becomes thick, and my stomach pulls into a solid knot.
I manage by leaving the vicinity. If that is not an option, I try to cause distraction. By changing the subject, if I am part of the exchange, by pointing out an object, a person, an interest and making a remark that requests a reply. I focus on emitting positive vibes myself and mentally try to relax myself and the situation.
