This question is really hard. There have been so many cool products in the past that I can't get anymore. Most of them food of course, but there were some really cool toys when I was a kid. Granted toys can be found and flea markets and online so that sort of defeats the purpose of the question.
There are a bunch of food products that did well enough in the States so they were brought to Canadian markets. Some of them did alright for a while but were eventually taken off the market.
A favorite was Goober (I think that's what it was called) it was jam and peanut butter in the same container. I could sit down with a jar of that and just eat it like it was. Count Chocula is hard to find. Trix. Fruity Pebbles. Rice Krispie Treats cereal. Cookie Crisp. There was a Disney cereal that was sold in the late 80's - early 90's that I really liked. Cocoa Puffs. Apple Jacks. These are all hard to find or unavailable altogether.
I also miss two of the Coke flavors. I absolutely LOVED Cherry Coke and Vanilla Coke. Addicted to them. They were so good! I can only get them if I go to Maine.
In the (mid?) 90's Doritos put out two flavors I loved to death, Taco Bell Doritos and Pizza Hut Doritos. Tostitos put out a Spicy Quesadila flavor that is almost just close enough to Taco Bell Doritos.
I also really miss Lipton's alligator chicken noodle soup.

- I have a top three

This is going to be much, much easier than when I had to answer who my favorite celebrity is. Since I know no celebrities personally I can't choose a favorite because I know little to nothing about them and care nothing for celebrity status.
Celebrity crush can be entirely based on how physically attractive they are, which would be no different if they were famous or not. They could be regular guys on the street and I'd likely still think they were the most attractive men alive.
Yes, long winded answer. Awesome!
Anyways, there's three. Chris Evans. Definitely. Corey Monteith and Lee Pace also but Chris is by far the one I have the biggest crush on. I couldn't say why, I don't know. He's just so... I mean, how hot can one guy be? Lee and Corey are adorable, and facially more attractive the both of them, but Chris ... there's just... something.
My eloquence is obviously win today.

- C is for COOKIE! Omnomnom.

My favorite kind of cookie is the molasses spice cookie. I'm a fan of molasses in general but it's best in cookies. The ones I get from the store I work at are by far the best. They're soft and chewy and have just the right amount of everything including that spiced sugar stuff.
My second favorite cookie is shortbread cookies. I can't buy them because I will sit down and eat the whole package of them. They are sold in twelves. Twelve shortbread cookies is not healthy all in one sitting.

- When I Can't Sleep
-
I sleep in the morning. I never sleep at night. My sleep cycle is (naturally) backwards. It's a huge pain in the arse. I'm always exhausted at work because I made the silly decision that I'd rather work in the day and have a life at some point than sleep and work when it suits my body. Halifax is not made for day sleepers.

- Musical Performances I'd Like to See Live
-
I've seen a few of what were at the time bands I most wanted to see. I've seen the Bouncing Souls, NOFX. I've seen Against Me! and Strike Anywhere. I actually got to chat with the lead singer of Strike Anywhere.
My tastes have changed, as tastes are wont to do. Currently my top three bands to see are Kings of Leon, Florence and the Machine, and three is a non choice. It would likely be some big bad ass stadium rock band. Like ACDC. I'd love to see ACDC. Or Aerosmith. Did I hear Steven Tyler "retired" from Aerosmith? I'd even see U2 as long as they drew heavily from old material for the set list. Or Red Hot Chili Peppers.
This list could change tomorrow.
