be patient please

Back in 2002, my dad enrolled me in a driving school. I actually didn't like it but I have no choice then. I had to go to driving school for 5 days (2 hours per day).

During my first day, I had to meet my trainer in a nearby mall. I was stunned because when he came, he got out of the driver's seat and immediately told me to drive. I want to tell him, "What?!? Are you kidding me? You're asking an inexperienced driver (you can't even call me a driver) to drive this car?".

And as expected, the car would just stop once in a while. I felt that the trainer is about to lose his patience while teaching me during those five days.

I was really excited for those five days to end. I didn't know when I will apply the lessons that I've learned because we didn't own a car back then.

Year 2005 when my mom purchased a car. I had no choice but to drive it. It is actually much easier because it is "automatic". As years pass by, I gained courage and confidence to drive, and I want to review again my "manual" driving lessons. :)
