- In response to: "Even if you aren't a chef, what's your favorite dish to prepare?" I love baking, especially cookies. I don't make them often because we don't eat a lot of cookies, but when I do I make dozens. I love coloring the dough and using fun cookie cutters, like dolphins.

- I've been told I resemble Sarah Ferguson
-
I have been told that I look like the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson. I'm not sure I really see that when I look at images of her. For fun, I did the face recognition at myheritage.com and it says I look like Faith Hill... it also says I look like Beyonce (?) and Woranuch Wongsawan (Thai actress, again ?).

- 'One Hundred Years of Solitude' wasn't an easy read
-
Keeping track of the characters is tricky. I read about 3/4 of it and put it down for a few months. It was just getting confusing keeping all the names straight, as many names are the same or similar. Now, I need to skim over what I did read to figure out again. Great book (what I did finish reading) and worth figuring out, though.

- 'It' was a scary movie
-
Oh my god, this is still the scariest movie I've ever seen. I first saw it when I was younger... probably around 10 or 11 years old. I had the worst nightmares after seeing it. I still get nightmares when I watch it. Tim Curry as the scary clown was so creepy. His jagged, sharp teeth and evil facial expressions were horrifying. He really looks like a demented Bozo the clown. And he sends up happy balloons from the sewer. (Note to self- if you ever see a balloon come out from the sewer, run like hell! Actually, this would be a pretty good punk to pull on someone who's seen the movie.)

- Directions, shopping, and the bills that come afterward
-
Directions- I use mapquest or AAA triptik at least twice a month. While I don't mind using maps, the internet has made finding directions anywhere a piece of cake. It saves a lot of time and figuring out the best route.
Shopping- I love that I can shop without going out. I rarely buy clothes or shoes online since I prefer totry them on in store. However, I do buy my face wash (Murad is awesome), contact lenses, books, and even herbs and spices (Penzey's spices) online.
Bills- As far as the bills that accrue, my bills are all online and most are automatically debited. I know some people don't like, or don't trust doing this, but I find it one less thing to have to remember.
Communication- I stay in much better touch with friends and family than I did before using facebook and myspace. It's exciting to find old friends, see their pictures, and be passively involved in their lives. :-)
