- In response to: "What is the one thing you consistently spill on yourself?" Spaghetti. I'm not allowed to eat it off a plate, I have to have it in a bowl, usually with a bib. Spaghetti is probably responsible for 3/4 of the white shirts I've ever ruined.

I currently have two dogs and a cat. Ace and Nova are 4 year old brothers, and we've known them since they were born. Annie is almost 5, and we adopted her just after her first birthday. They're a handful, but we love them.

- Money is nice, but happy is better :)
-
Money can't buy happiness, money can buy things. I guess really it depends on whether things make you happy. Some things make me happy, but in the end, I think I'd rather be happy than rich.

- e-readers are okay
-
I got an e-reader as a gift. I like it for travelling since I can just grab it and go and not worry about what kind of book reading mood I'll be in once I get there. I only get free books or extremely cheap ones on it, since if I'm going to pay more than $5, I might as well just get the actual book. At least then if I don't like it, I can take it to the used bookstore or give it to a friend. I would say maybe half my reading is done on the e-reader. It's wireless, which is nice, but it has an onscreen keyboard with no touch screen, so that makes entering even simple things kind of tedious.
Basically, I guess I like e-readers, but mine certainly isn't going to completely replace my book collection.

- I WANT my chocolate milk back!
-
Back in the day, I used to get the best chocolate milk EVER at Mac's. It came in a jug and was absolutely perfect. I don't know if they changed their recipe or their supplier, or what happened, but one day, it was different. Maybe it wasn't 'discontinued', but it was tragic. Yes, there was still chocolate milk, but it was just the regular old stuff. Okay, but not awesome. I've never been able to find any that's quite that good, and that makes me very disappointed.

- Abandoned buildings are awesome!
-
I think they are fantastic. I wish I was brave enough to explore and photograph them myself, but for now, I'll have to settle for drooling over other people's pictures. There's something about a place where time just stopped - maybe planned, maybe suddenly - that fascinates me. What did people do there? Why did they leave the stuff they did? How is nature reclaiming the space? It's like a little piece of history.
