    • I find Man's inhumanity to man offensive

      • Man's inhumanity to man
        Common courtesy (civility), a sense of personal space (boundaries), and the golden rule (treat others as you'd like to be treated) are quickly disappearing in our society. Even compared to ten years ago people are just plain ruder all around. For example, you shouldn't have to get bumped into by another person when walking down a sidewalk and staying to the right. Seems people were raised in barns, that they'd rather bump into you than move an inch or two to the right.

        I'm not sure whether technology has created this (as many seem to live so much in their heads or so distracted that they are not aware of fellow human beings around them or aware of their bodies in space).

        It makes me question what our society will be like ten years from now. Without humanity where will we be?
