I would make evil deeds have complicated repercussions that may or may not involve doing more good in the end. This would make super villains paralized by choice, as the amount of time it would take to figure out if a particular action was evil or not would greatly increase because of me.

First and foremost in my mind would be my responsibility as a citizen.

The economy depends on me spending that money as frivolously as possible so as to ensure continued prosperity. Knowing this, my plan is thus:

1/3: Fast food.
1/3: Spencer's gifts at my nearest mall.
1/3: Newspapers. (they need the help, guys)
