Food is fuel for the body, pure and simple. . . . so why would it matter what the fuel looks like as long as it has the ingredients you need?
I'm a fan of not putting labels to what food is appropriate for what time of day.
If you want eggs in the evening, do it. You want a Hamburger for breakfast,
do it, as long as you eat when you need to for your health/activity you be good.
I mean seriously, why do we put labels and rules to whats right for this time of day?
the base rule for breakfast is: you need fat for the brain and some carbs,
so generally whole milk and a bagel will work.... so would a steak and corn.
just need the basic things needed not the object....make sense?

- The Best Way to Prepare Eggs

I love eggs, from my head down to mah legs!! . . . .
I use to love to cook, but not anymore, that is a long story...
but when you don't have a nice big kitchen. . . .
okay when you don't live with mom anymore so you just have to say
"hey can you make me some eggs?"
suddenly, you don't care how there made,
just that there cooked quickly and you can eat them NOW before BIO101 starts......
I use the microwave, now being a woman who does want kids someday,
my method of putting my chicken eggs (scrambled) in plastic-ware to nuke,
isn't something I should do, birth defects. away...that aside any bowl will do,
for each beaten egg you cook for 1min, so 3 eggs, 3mins, give or take.
some salt, pepper and if you really want, a pinch of milk or cheese.
Now it is very fun to watch eggs in the microwave, they puff up. . . .
I mean you will think they will blow up like a Peep . . .
.if you know what I'm talking about. . . .(youtube it).....
So yes.... bread, cheese, cooked eggs and some mayo and I'm happy!!

Peanut Butter Chicken with Chopped Peanuts . . .the sweet kind.
I never can get enough of the stuff.
I have looked all over for a good Recipe, and I believe I have found a decent one that, of course I tweak recipes till I get things 'my way' . . or more personalized I should say right? anyway the 'base' is:
Fried Peanut Butter Chicken::
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/8 tsp pepper
2-1/2 to 3 lb. fryer chicken
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
Beat together egg, peanut butter, salt, pepper and milk.
Coat chicken with flour, then with milk mixture. Coat with
bread crumbs. Place in ungreased, large, shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375 degrees until tender, 45 to 50 minutes. Do not turn.
Serves 4.

Depending on the level of stress I am suffering from I do one of the following:
1. Something Artistic
Reason ~ Art Therapy can help someone more than any 'talk it out' or pill could. I turn to ceramics, drawing, painting, photography. . .they all relax me, some more than others.
2. Sleep
Reason ~ when I get to a level 8 or 10 (highest) level of stress I sleep,
I do what I have to for the day then sleep, if there is nothing to be done I will pretty much sleep all day, sounds 'unhealthy', but stress takes a lot out of you, sleep calms your body so it can digest food, your brain can process the stress and daily events through dreams... and so forth.
3. Video Games
Reason ~ this should be a given if you are a gamer or just love playing games sometimes. From bloody violent nasty, bloody dark horrors that want to eat, stab or steal your life away. . .to happy upbeat Dance, Sports and that sort. . . I play Sims 3, Guild Wars and various other games depending on how much of mt mind I want immersed into the game.
4. Horror Movies
Reason ~ . . . . I'm just a horror movie buff, enough said.
5. "Annoy" my cat
Reason ~ When I say annoy, I mean play with, pet, brush, cuddle, kiss, hug,
give treats, baby talk to, sing too and much more till she basically just wants me to go away. . . for 7mins and then wants my attention again.
6. Clean
Reason ~ When Stress is beyond the normal 1 -10 levels,
one must do something so they don't explode, I clean, and I mean overhaul clean. If its in my way and I can afford to buy another I'll toss it. . . . yeah,
That stage is never good for me to be in, but the apartment looks so nice afterwards!
