They were a small band of very cool dressing dude & dudettes custom made designs created for themselves by themselves. They were an adventurous, brazen bunch "Chaka Khan" came out of that group of hipsters. I probably was not in their clique for using words like "hipster"

A Pastor friend asked my fiancee,sister-n-law,myself to put up a female stranger for the night. Either her meds wore off or the 3 hits of acid kicked in. She went completely insane before our eyes.I finally coaxed her into the bathroom.I forgot there were razors handy. got my women folk out the back door while her mom talked her down until the ambulance got there. Are you a hero if you saved your own ass.

There`s a nice State Park 45 miles from the city close enough for a bop (short ride) far enough to see the stars/constellations clearly
