    • Some of the Requirements[5] for a good day: Wake up before 7, Breakfast, Something Accountable, Good Deed, Hearing Voices
      • Wake up before 7
I have been from bed earlier before 7, going for a jog/walk, bird watching which makes me feel afresh and good which i would want to do everyday. I feel good which makes me be optimistic about the day lays ahead. But, This is one of the things, i want to do on weekdays. Honestly, i have been trying a lot. There are always hurdles like once it was summer, now its raining, in no time.. going to winter. If this routine keeps sliding one after the other, i don't see myself doing it any day. When i happen to wake up late, even then there are other things which could make my day good which i have listed below :)

        Breakfast
Middle of the night, i get hungry in my dreams. But considering untimely, i wish to have a good breakfast before going to work. The mind can never feel good without the correspondence of happy stomach, resulting in good day with no breakfast : (

        Something Accountable
During the day, when i am at work, Doing something useful and held accountable for it along with the consequences, of course!

        Accountable Activities:

        1. Taking time to write something in plinky.
        2. Share it on Facebook, other sites etc...
        3. Feel good, when people has taken time to read and comment on it..
        4. Content creation even if it's total BS.

        Activities with no accountabilty:

        1. Not visiting links shared, reading them
        2. Changing the status message, replying to wall posts and comments, checking photos..
        3. Taking quiz to know me and the others better. Be the one to buy BS which is not sold ever.. , routine chats with greetings and byes.

        Good Deed
One of the human behaviors is to be good to some but not necessarily to be to everyone to feel the goodness in oneself. There are n number of things and tasks we do everyday which are important, necessary. Even this deed one too, but not compulsory. That sure makes the day good.

        To mention a few:
        1. When your at lunch, give some money to your frequent annoying beggars who are healthier than you.
        2. Help someone with their work, when they are busy talking to pigeons, parrots using YMsngr, GTalk.
        3. Get in the line to be called next, when she wants to find out where can i learn salsa with Mr. Turd.!
        3. Blah .. Blah ...
        4. Etc... Etc ...

        Hearing Voices
After doing one or many of the following mentioned above, waiting to hear the inner voice saying "your day went well and good" - Sure, that gets very good sleep as a reward for all the doings.

        Criterion's as stated above.

    • I could eat
      • I can do better than this, cuisine or food for a year, why not forever..? Who i am? Bee behind honey or Vampire behind blood..??

        Buzzy the bee

First of all, to eat and live the same cuisine for an year sounds insane! Hold on a seconds, What about prisons yeah prison break..? where a cuisine is not just for a year, actually typo forever. Its very sad and unfair. I am disguised now.., What am i bee? collecting, eating and living forever honey honey! Gonna be honey dreams, honey mares. However, if taken an assumption that i have been given this option to survive in an unfortunate circumstance that is me being in prison for time period of one year with a little of discretion given to select food type from a menu containing all the cuisines from all over the world. Additionally, a little of hope there for time frame given to select from the list and let them know later, goodly would be a day of time and handful of roasted peanuts to while away and ease the cuisine selection task..lol! I would blindly go for indian cuisine indigenously to avoid the latter "i dunno what will be the consequences i might end up into if taken an oath to eat this for year". Alternative would be chinese or italian, just a staggering flashback of "mushroom creps" an italian dish i ate long back, which reminds of pure magma(lava) for a change in white color. Oh agony was the ambience and volcano was the visualization. Stratergy would be: Its good to commit to things you have known already precisley eaten, tasted and have fair opinion rather than i will know on the go thing, under this situations. The reason would be to avoid the consequneces and better life of my stomach. Moreover most of the recipes and dishes would be well acquainted and familiar to me, importantly affable to my digestive system so that it can withstand resistantly for a year and also for an hassle free environment.
