I walk my dogs, Cody (Aussie) & Nikita (Husky) 4 times a day for a minimum of 20 minutes. Yoga every morning and Pilates every evening.

Not a thing. I have no regrets in life. I may have made some bad choices, but I wouldn't be who I am today otherwise and I'm pretty damn proud of who I am.
