Hello, young me!
There's so much I would like to say... Although I never would say anything that could make up your mind cause I am what I am because of the choices you made. And I think that after all you did a great job!
Keep your attitude, you have a great personality no matter what people say. Stand up by your opinion and people you love, like you always do. That's something that makes you unique in your own way.
You always got along well with mom and dad, so listen to them very carefully. They always encourage and support you on your own decisions, but sometimes they do have a wiser opinion. Ask them. You don't have to decide on your own.
Don't be a rebel for nothing. You can be whatever you want, do something about it now. Listen to your heart.
Choose your friends wisely, you tend to have just a few but keep them for life.
Acne isn't forever. And no, you're not too skinny, you should see how skinny girls would like to be now! You have a good athletic figure! Keep it!
Never be afraid of loving. Or losing love. Tomorrow is another day.
Don't be so gloomy, you'll have time for existencial crisis when you get old. Smile more. In fact, laugh more! Enjoy life, 'cause when you least expect you're 36.
I love you. And thank you for having turning yourself into who I am now.
Sincerely,
Juliana

- Stressful day = cake
-
The word 'food' is already comforting when you're having an nerve-wracking day. But a slice (or six) of my favorite cake it's not only yummy, but equally calming and comforting...
I'm part Italian, what pretty much means that no matter what kind of feeling, there's always some food involved. We eat to celebrate, to drown our sorrows, so comfort ourselves and for the sake of eating...
When you're stressed like hell, there's nothing like cake! And it doesn't matter if it's a plain sponge cake or full-filled with lots of topping... It just warms me up and makes me feel like being hugged by a thousand of warm grannies. Weird comforting sensation really... Freud probably had had an explanation for that...

- My road-trip MP3 mix

For a perfect road trip everyone needs perfect company and definitely a perfect soundtrack to set the mood. :)
Born To Be Wild by Steppenwolf
Can't think anything better to set the mood of a road trip!
"Get your motor running
Head out on the highway
Lookin' for adventure
In whatever comes our way"Don't Stop Believin' by Journey
What's a journey without Journey? It's 80's! And it's singable! Cool song for a road trip for sure! Definitely on my list. ;)
It's one of the greatest songs ever. It starts off nice and easy and then picks things up with a searing guitar solo. Awesome!

I've been on stage my whole life. Always loved dancing, acting and singing, so every single opportunity to be on stage, there I was. Attention whore? Maybe.
From ballet to roleplay, I've done a lot of nice things, but nothing like singing at the Opera. That was an AMAZING experience!
My mom used to sing in a kind of choir that performs old popular Brazilian songs at nursing homes and I'd sung in school choir long time ago and had no plans to get back at singing until my mom had invited me to check this Coral da Cidade de São Paulo. Coincidently the maestro had gone to high school with me, so I woke up early on a saturday morning and headed to the rehearsal's place.
I've never had sung lyrical before and my singing technics are beyond basics, but decided to give a try. And don't regret it at all.
So after crazy tiresome 3-4 months rehearsals, we performed Orfeo and Eurydice. The 80 voices choir was amazing and really made difference for the concert. I'm proud of have been part of it. :)

- A Sad Day in Pop Culture History

To be honest I didn't even know that Joey Ramone had cancer, just knew he had been very sick.
It was very sad to me when I listened to the news about Joey Ramone's death in the radio... I burst into tears and I never thought I'd be so affected by his death, as Ramones isn't my favorite band. Although it's still my soundrack when I'm having a bad day cause it can cheer me up as no one else.
RIP Joey Ramone (May 19, 1951 – April 15, 2001)
