    • The Best Way to Prepare Eggs
      • Not for Poached Egg Aficionados

Every way to cook eggs is my favourite way to cook eggs. I don't know of a bad way to cook eggs. I'm not a huge fan of fried eggs, but even they have their time and place.

My number one favourite would have to be poached. On wholemeal toast, maybe with some mashed avocado or crispy bacon. After that, I would have to say hard boiled, in a sandwich with a squeeze of mayo and a dollop of creme fraiche and some grainy mustard.

      • Tea Bags

Someone stole my teabags during a house party. They left the empty box in the garden, as though to taunt me.

    • 5 Foods I'd Hate to Live Without

        1. Eggs
        2. Bread
        3. Avocado
        4. Courgettes
        5. Almonds

Weird mix, I know, but these are the things I have been cramming into my face with wild abandon as of late. I'd be stumped for at least two meals out of three if I had to give them all up.

Yes! At the moment I am doing unpaid work for a small charity, the National Trust, and a local organisation. It gives me something to do with my time while I'm not in full-time unemployment, it's giving me actual useful skills, and it's truly fun and interesting.

    • The Best Part of Friday
      • Katy Perry

The life of the part-time employed with a distinct lack of a social life is not a life in which Friday has any real significance. I'm probably not doing anything on Friday that I wouldn't be doing any other day of the week.

But just to fit with the status quo, I might eat something nice and have a few drinks on a Friday night. Well, it would be rude not to.
