As Miss Unlimited Resources, I would first find a cure for all incurable diseases. No more cancer, no more juvenile diabetes, no more acne. I would then found a loving orphanage home for all children the world over, to include solid education, even and especially in the arts, particularly music. I would get all world and religious leaders in one room and not let them out until they realized that it's possible to coexist if you'd just stop hating everyone else...therefore establishing world peace.
